Leo was educated in Hong Kong and had held senior position in banks and professional accounting firms in Hong Kong, namely, Kwan Wong Tan & Fong, BDO and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Leo is the head of accounting and tax compliance division in LLK.

A fellow member of CPA Australia, a Chartered Secretary (UK) and member of Governance Institute of Australia.
Cecilia, not only have working experience in professional accounting firm PwC in Hong Kong but also the financial and management skill being the executive director of 2 Hong Kong listed companies. In Australia, before joining LLK, Cecilia was the CEO of a large heritage park in NSW and she also held a senior financial role of a private hotel and investment group.
Cecilia is in charge of the Corporate Secretarial and Business Advisory Division.
